We’re truly sorry for any billing issues you may have experienced. In rare cases, customers have paid for a subscription but still find their image generation limited to the free version.
If this happens to you, please request a refund directly through Apple by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple manages all billing and refunds for App Store purchases, so refund requests must be handled through them.
Once you’ve submitted your request, Apple will review it and issue a refund if applicable.
We also ask that you email us at [email protected] so we can investigate and help ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Because Visualize AI subscriptions are billed through the App Store, you can manage or cancel your subscription directly from your device.
To cancel:
Your current subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, and you won’t be charged again afterward.
